A non – refundable 30% deposit is required to secure the booking on the date the agreement have been signed and the balance payment is required by the latest 3 days prior to the date of the event.
Bali Berdua Wedding is responsible for the entire arrangement, with a close coordination and collaboration with the Venue Manager and Vendors.
Bali Berdua Wedding shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any circumstances beyond control (force majeure), which is includes but is not limited to: natural disaster (flood, earthquake, tsunami, mount eruption, and other Act of God), war, riots, labour strike, terorrist attacks, political turbulance, and any other illegal act of mankind.
In case of Force Majeure does occur, the deposit or payment is non – refundable.
Sound curfew for the event to be following and accoding to the venue guidelines (12:00 PM).
Should there are any outstanding billing or invoice, is to be finalized and settle on the date of the event.
We only accept payment in IDR (Indonesia rupiah)
Deposit/Payment to be settle through our bank account or in cash.
Deposit/Payment by bank transfer must be received in FULL AMOUNT, in accordance to the proforma invoice.
Should there is any bank transfer fee occur, must be cover by the sender (client) on their account.
A full charge (100%) of cancellation fee is applied, if the confirmed event is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of the event.
